Ticketmaster and Take That confusion.

I bought tickets for Cardiff and Manchester by mistake. I'm only allowed one city. Do you think they'll take the Manchester ones off and refund me? I only want the Cardiff ones.

I think your fine. The limits are 8 per person per city and this is the standard restrictions across all the primary ticketing site. I just took these from Ticketfactory but is the same for TMaster, TLine etc

I thought it was eight tickets per person per city? Nothing said to me that you couldn't spread that eight between two cities?

you could just sell on your manchester ones...i almost didn't get any cos the sites were crashing all day long...it was only y'day my friend realised we actually did get some cos the money went out of her account (even though it didn't complete) and her ticketmaster account confirmed the purchase!! it was a nightmare for a lot of people. They should have done it a better way...but thats my opinion

Ticketmaster will not necessarily refund the manchester tickets but lots of people including myself who missed out tickets would love to have them if you wanted to sell them on.
