I noticed that american express in the UK has € credit cards, which non-UK-residents can qualify for.
So I know such cards exist.. but they're difficult to find. I have only encountered the amex. Are there any others?
I want a rebate card of some kind.. points, miles, or cash back.
I don't mind if there's an annual fee, as long as it's not insane. Must be Visa or Mastercard.
