Terms and Conditions

By entering this prize draw, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. The Metro radiance BRITNEY SPEARS™ prize draw opens for entries on 8th November 2010. The closing date for entries is midnight on 26th November 2010.

2. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over. The prize draw excludes employees and immediate families of the promoter, Metro Newspaper, Elizabeth Arden UK Ltd, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

3. Entries are limited to one per person.

4. To enter the competition, Metro readers will need to go online to https://www.metro.co.uk/Radiance and enter their name, email address, contact number, chosen event city (London, Manchester or Edinburgh), and preferred two treatments from the selection. Winners will be selected at random from all online entries received between 8th November 2010 and 26th November 2010. The winner will be drawn under independent supervision within 2 days of the closing date. Winners will be contacted within 5 working days of the close of the promotion and will receive an initial call from Metro Newspapers to confirm their details and availability. Their details will then be passed to the Prize Management Company who will handle all correspondence securely in the lead up to the event. Due to the time restrictions on the prize, if a winner fails to respond to the initial contact within 24hours, they shall forfeit their prize and the Promoter may offer the prize to another entrant drawn from a reserve list.

5. Incomplete entries or those not submitted in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid.

6. The promoter cannot be held responsible for the loss of entries due to technical issues. The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for technological or other difficulties experienced in participating in this promotion.

7. Participants will not be charged to enter the competition other than the cost of accessing the internet.

8. There are 3 different events for entrants to win VIP access to. The events will be held in London (Tuesday 7th December), Edinburgh (Thursday 9th December) and Manchester (Wednesday 15th December). The events will run for three hours (between 18:00 and 21:30, depending on the venue) and will provide a champagne reception with canap!s, and will allow winners to enjoy their two pre-selected therapy sessions; one to be a beauty therapy, and one to be a holistic psychic therapy. Full details of the prize will be supplied to the winner following notification.

9. No cash or other prize alternative is available and the prizes will only be awarded to the winners.

10. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss and/or personal injury suffered by or to the winner and/or any of his/her friends that occurs as a result of the winner's and/or his/her friends' participation in the prize.

11. Prize Winners may be required to take part in publicity.

12. Winners' names and counties will be available on https://www.winnersgallery.co.uk no later than 28 days after the closing date.

13. By participating in this promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or temporarily suspend the promotion in its absolute discretion, provided that it shall not exercise this right unreasonably.
