Moneysupermarket site not recognisng my post code

Options
Hi, Newbie here!

I apologise in advance if I duplicate another post, but I couldn't find anything on this topic when searching.

My husband and I are looking to renew our car insurance and of course came here to find the best deals ;):D

We then went to Moneysupermarket and proceeded to input all the details only to find halfway through that the site does not recognise our post code!
Have anyone else had this problem and would know how to solve it, as we can't complete the quote without it!!

Thanks in advance.

Have you tried other comparison sites to see whether its just money supermarket
  • Hi DCFC79

    Thanks for your quick reply!!

We have now used several other sites and no other seems to have the same issue, only Moneysupermarket.....

Was wondering if they maybe require a specific format, spaces, caps ans so on, but I have tried all the possibilities I could think of! :(

I use Firefox and have been experiencing problems since the last update.
The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.
  • Thanks all for your suggestions. It seems that it could be a Firefox issue....have now tried with Google Chrome and IE and both work just fine.
    Thanks again!
