Homebase, B&Q, Wicks, Focus....

As I have already posted ..... its the nearest one to you.
I'm not so sure, my closest is B&Q, then homebase, then Wickes.
Personally i prefer Wickes, and often choose to travel further to go to Wickes, think i prefer Wickes because its quieter than the local B&Q, plus their catalogue makes a handy reference when looking for tools / materials etc.0 -

So you would drive past BQ to wickes to buy .... e.g Dulux white paint at the same price

I personally go for the shops with the more helpful staff.
Friendly helpful staff are more influential in my shopping than how close I am to a particular store.
Only done some small projects but I am looking into larger things atm; the friendlier stores will get my business.:)0
