Wanna top notch TV aerial lead ( male 2 male )

Hi all

I'm looking for a top notch TV aerial lead ( male2male connection ).
If anyone can find one a reasonable price could you please let me know. Has to be one thats doesn't lose much of the signal & is shielded from interference etc.
