Anyone with a van in blackwood area 29 October 2010 at 11:44PM in Wales

Hi just wondered if there is anyone with a transit van in the Blackwood area who has a spare hour on Sunday to move some furniture no lifting involved as have the manpower just no van,will be an hour at the most and of course I am willing to pay.
