Go to control panel, then user accounts, you can change it from there.0

are you sure, cos when I get there it does not have the option to forget my log in name. By log in I mean like when I come here to sign on it remembers my name and I dont want it to.

Clear out your cookies. IE, Tools, Internet Options, Delete Cookies.

That sounds like a totally different question. You sound like you need to delete internet cookies.
open IE -> Tools -> Internet options -> delete cookies0 -
