sat nav problems
bought my sat nav 2 yrs ago and the traffic info system stopped ( as per the original contract) Tried to get new subscription on line but it failed. Company is now saying I have to subscribe to anothe option in order to get my money back. I always thought that if you didn't get what you paid for you were entitled to a full refund; English law applies in this case.
