Heater blower

Im looking to buy a Peugeot 307 Hdi Rapier ,02 plate, found one that i like but the heater blower doesnt work on the 4 setting, fine on 1 2 and 3 , unsure if this would turn out to be a problem and if it does need to be fixed is it an expensive job, thanks for any advice given.

Could do with being fixed, as its almost winter.
Though in all fairness thats the least of your worries with a 307...0 -
Will be the series resistor, either on the switch or the heater motor itself.0

Being female ive no idea,could you enlighten me of what problems i may have with a 307, dont want to be buying something thats going to constantly cost me money.0
