    Ididnot include my gas on forms didnot know i could but british gas were informed anyway and anything owing up until the day of br was included

    I did not include my phone contract and it is still running nearly 12 months on. It is up to you if include it especially as you are not in arrears with it. See post number 5 from Phil.

    but what if i want to get rid of it with the bankruptcy? do i not include it on forms and just tell the OR? or write it somewhere on forms?

    Just put it down on the forms as another creditor.

    but as i am up to date i do not know how much i owe to fill in forms? or should i call up asking how much to cancel my contract?

    just put a rough estimate down, that will suffice

    You will owe what ever is the monthly contract payment multiplied by the amount of months left in the contract. Put that down for the mobile.

    Expect the mobile to be blocked/barred as well once Orange know about your BR, so you wont be able to use it under any circumstances eventually.
