Parking Ticket, Parking Fines, I got this ticket in Southfields on 20/10/10

I got this ticket in Southfields on 20/10/10. I park at this street everyday, exactly the same way, and never got the ticket before. Please see the photos, all the cars parked on my side got tickets but no tickets were issued to the cars parked opposite side. I must say there are no box markings on the footpath either side of the road. And there was enough space for prams and wheel chairs to pass. Can anyone help me defend this? do I stand a chance or will I be wasting my time??

  • First remove personal details.
    Second post up other page.
Third pavement parking is generally a no no in London and unless there are faults on the pcn/nto I don't know the way out of this.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.
