they will default to standard tariff on quarterly cash or cheque payment, once they move in need to call eon with meter reads, and ask to set up a dd and either opt for track and save 7 if they want paper billijng, or save online 4 if they are going to do online billing. Let them know not to let the home moves dept to set their dd stupidly low, as they will probably recommend £50 a month, which at this time of year would be insane and lead to a huge debit by spring, then a huge hike in dd payments may/june 2011 to clear balance from underpaying during winter. if you are keeping eon as your supplier at your new property you will be able to keep fixol80
