Dumb question I know, i'm with Santander under the 'Paypal' guise and I am due a refund of £240 on my Capital One card (putting me into the black by £248 in total).
Can I simply pay my Santander bill with my Capital One card?
Is this a monumentally stupid question?

On that amount you could try a balance transfer for a small fee.0 -
