Looking to get new upvc Fascia, Soffits & Gutting for a detached house
wondering what a fair quote would be.

And Also what the material costs on their own would be.

perhaps a clue as to size of property would be a good incentive to provide an answer your question? But £ 55 to £ 85 a linear metre would be a reasonable stab at it right this very minute.

I don't know if prices depend on the part of the country you are in?

But I have had three quotes to completely replace my facias, soffits, gutters, downpipes and dry verge.
That is remove and dispose of all existing facias, soffits, gutters, downpipes and dry verge. Take the first layer of tile off and replace the felt underneath. Repair (splice) any rotten/damaged joists. Fit new uPVC facias, soffits, gutters, downpipes and dry verge. All with 10 or 15yr guarantees.

Our house is a 4 bed detached in South Manchester and needs around 65 linear metres of guttering etc

My quotes have been: £2850, £3000 and £4600
