Sometimes looking at the results of a 99.7% 3000 rating seller gives you pause for thought.
And looking at how a seller responds to a neg is instructive. Even just a couple of negs in several thousand positives can be off-putting if the seller responds rudely (although it must be bourne in mind that some people would try the patience of saints).0 -
