Sometime ago we had a problem with a bad smelling tin of Whiskas cat food. In fact it as 2 tins from a multipack.
I rang up and complained, they very kindly sent me a £5 voucher towards some more cat food.
Forgot all about it and then yesterday I got another letter from Whiskas stating that they had received a lot of complaints from other customers about this same product, as they had a problem with the materials from suppliers. They also enclosed a £10 voucher for Amazon, which was very nice of them I thought!

well done on that hun - i was one of the others who complained to whiskas a few months back - if i recall i got £5 vouchers too.....oooh be nice if i get the amazon voucher lol....shows it pays to complain though eh?0

Yes, I agree most cat food does have a very pungent smell. With this, I could tell the difference, it smelt like poo actually.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £16,797.770
