Tesco on-line wine whine

The Tesco wine order system is currently incapable of accepting payment by clubcard vouchers :mad:
.... so the wine for DD's wedding is trapped in limbo - and no guarantee that the order will be complete/ the delivery slot still open/ the price the same by the time they've untangled their site!
I even spent a frustrating 20 minutes trying to order by phone but to no avail. What a waste of a morning.

I had to use my son's account to make an order for my daughter's 18th. Very annoying as he got all the points but did get a good deal got £15 off although I don't think I should have been able to use the code, someone posted it was exclusive on here but I didn't know that. Got free delivery and then £15 in discount codes for all the trouble I had trying to do my shopping. Would you be able to use anyone elses account and get some compensation for your troubles? Hope you get it sorted!Here dead we lie because we did not choose
