I'm not sure how they got my email address but I have received emails from AEG Live with regard to concerts recently.
Are they a genuine ticket supply company? or a scam? Has anyone purchased their VIP packages and been happy with what they've received?

As far as I understand they organise tours (I think they organised Michael Jackson's o2 gigs).
I've just done my first order with them yesterday but was advised by someone on a different forum that they are legit.

Let put it this way. They are the biggest (or second biggest concert promoter in the WOLRD). It stands for Anschutz Entertainment Group. The biggest may be Live Nation
They OWN the millennium O2 dome in London and are in discussions to bring west Ham football club to the London Olympics Stadium after 2012.
They are now specialising in ticket deliveries (trying to bypass Ticketmaster in its fees) and undertake the end to end process (promote, advertise and sell tickets to end user)
