Yes, I thought I was probably not the only one who'd had a few prizes go wrong.
Good luck to everyone who's still awaiting bits and pieces.
Thanks to everyone who posts comps, I absolutely love my hobby and the mishaps have been few and far between.0 -
I am eternally grateful to receive anything.. have won a couple of things so far. My 11yr old son got a phone call to say he'd won a MOTD comp to meet a Premiership football player in birmingham (choice of venues was an option on the original comp) only to get a phone call next day to say they couldn't get a player to Birmingham - would he go to Manchester, which is a couple of hours away for us and too far to trek there and back for a 10 minute meeting. I just wish they'd checked the details before they told him he'd won. To compensate they're sending him a signed card. Big disappointment for a kid0

Something for nothing (maybe a bit of effort but not cash) I am happy, so it just comes down to degrees of happyness, not sure how happy I was with this prize....0

My worst was camping tickets to T-in -the park (worth £360) which the Royal Mail delivered a card for the day after the event! Still trying to get compensation from them, got the postal panel onto it so you never know. lolMar Wins :- £2 GfK Media
Best Win of 2019 - Forest Holiday0 -
Me & my OH have a great laugh at the randomness of some of the stuff that turns up & even if it's not a great prize I feel that if it makes you smile that is a prize in itself
eg - huge big box picked up from the PO all carefully packed & inside..........1 packet of crisps all bubble wrapped
Won a humax recorder which never turned up company said they had never received my claim but someone in the PR company definately did as the registered it in my name & I get e-mails from humax with the model & serial number of my 'win' telling me which updates I need to download to it:o - I just always think that the person who took it must have wanted it really badly & hope they are getting use of it
I get excited with everything that turns up & love comping - I usually find that the smaller prizes are the most usefull as they are the ones that save me money - mascarra's, lippies, mouisturiser etc0 -

Same here with the Rod Stewart tickets, especially as it was one of my first wins
Also won £450 (allegedly) worth of Asos stuff on the Magnum comp which were almost all a load of tat :rotfl:but apart from that still loving the excitement of comping and grateful for any wins that come my way0
