Asos Orders Received

I don't know who handles the packages for asos but it seems damaged stuff is quite common.

The damages had never affected the products inside until I made the mistake of ordering nail polish One of the bottles smashed and emptied its contents through my order. I must add that the customer service was very good as I received a quick reply and a refund for the broken one right away and didn't even need to send it back to prove what had happened which made me feel slightly better about the situation

I've had 2 deliveries, both Royal Mail. another to go.
A dress for me, and some S & G bits for Xmas pressies. Very happy, thanks to the OP and well done ASOS for honouring these.

I am not bitter I got everything I wanted from my 4 orders. I found the other op's comments against Claire harsh about intelligence and mind of making email addys and taking full advantage of the glitch.

I dont really care how many orders anyone has made,good for them as long as they are thankful for the post.

Althought i do have my earmuffs but everyone says i will look a prize idiot in them I prefer to call it the apres ski look.

I only made the one order, for 2 pairs of long socks ready for winter!!

Got 1 more today, postman said "only 1 today", that brings my total to 9, I'm sure I ordered 10 but can't think what else I ordered.

finally got a reply from asos re my leaking s&g set & they are sending me another one & have told me to recycle or throw away the leaking one

my oh's order from 27th has arrived but my one on same day hasnt i really want my dress and just checked its oos so best be on its way
