Asos Orders Received

I received another delivery today, however it looks like someone has played football with the package
its supposed to be a gift, but its a set (S&G £15 set) in a gift box that is squashed.

anyone any experience of this kind of complaint?

Postie has just arrived with 8 parcels! All the boxes are battered and bashed so off now to investigate what has arrived and what is still to come and check they are useable as presents as they have had a hammering!!!

another order arrived for me this morning i love the way they put return labels in lol
