On Re-boot my Screen Saver Always Disappears

I have my own screen saver which I designed myself from Paint, but every time I re-boot my pc its gone and ends up back at the blue screen again. Can any one tell me how to stop my screen savers from keep disappearing?
As when I did a previous paint design and put that up, it was fine and did not disappear, now this design is from same program but goes on re-boot.
maybe there is something deleting it on re-boot.
Anyone any answer here.
