I have four years bonus which I got in September 2008.
Since then, I have chopped and changed cars and companies and havent accrued any further NCBs. I have been with my current insurer since April 2010.
I bought a more economical car last month, they were not the cheapest quote out there but I stuck with them in order to get another NCB in April rather than wait another year.
They are about £15 per month more expensive. Is it worth sticking with them for the next 6 months in order to get another NCB or change now and save money?
The only other problem is that if I decide to move to another insurer then they'll say my NCBs are out of date and the quotes likely to be more.
I feel like Im paying too much but its too late to change it.
Am I correct??
thanks:beer:

I believe that NCB expire after 2 years so if you don't accrue another year on your current policy you may end up with no years NCB!
Find out how much you get back (or owe) if you cancel the policy early, you may be in for a shock.
I'm sure you'll be better off sticking with your current policy.0 -
Thats a good point. They'll charge me £50 to cancel, so it probably is the better option long term to stay put, even though the paying too much monthly idea goes against all we believe in on the forum :rotfl:26 OCT 2010 DEBT £18000; CC1 [STRIKE]£2200[/STRIKE]£1886~CC2 [STRIKE]£3200[/STRIKE]£3242~CC3 [STRIKE]£8600[/STRIKE]£8399~O/D £4000
