hi, i have brought a blackberry storm 2 off ebay and all seemed fine until i started getting phone calls and all i get is like a vibrating/crackling noise anyone know of what could be wrong? i was thinking damaged ear piece.

i have contacted the seller but he is having none of it and said it worked fine and is blaming royal mail for dropping it, he told me to get it fixed and he will refund the cost, but i been told by someone that if its the ear piece then it will cost a lot.

any help would be appreciated as i think this will cost a lot.

will it play mp3s properly through the earpiece?
Chances are the fault is the reason it was being sold, whats the sellers feedback like?

ok i have just checked with ear phones and all seems ok. when i use loud speaker it also seems ok its just when i ring or someone rings me and i answer phone normally. its so annoying as i can't hear the person properly and neither can they.
