Thanks a ton OP... Just ordered on for myself to my address, then one using my sisters details - she's pregnant so will keep her occupied on Maternity Leave, and will be a nice surprise too!!

Anyone know if it associates with email address or physical address, if I use a different email each time could I get one for each month?

It's not really clear. The T&Cs say:

1. Only one entry per person permitted for each month
2. Only 1 book can be redeemed per person throughout the campaign

It may allow a different person at the same address to order one though...

only 100 allow each month. but they didnt said if they still have it. so i'm just gonna submit! cheers!

If it allowed you to submit your details, then you will get one. Once they've all been allocated, it won't let you put your details in.

I applied for one on 1st November 2010 and it arrived 20th December 2010. They do take a while to arrive but worth the wait.
