Radox have just posted this message on their Facebook page:

For all those who are still waiting for November’s book, it will be sent out within the next 28 days (the Nov giveaway ended on Tuesday, at the end of the month). Please remember, though, that there are only 100 books to give away on Facebook – so if you’re wanting to bag December’s copy, act fast! And if you’re not one of the lucky 100, don’t forget that you can claim another book next month.

December's books are all gone now. HTH.

I am confused, sometimes they say 1000 and sometimes 100?!?
if it is 100 does it mean that if you got the reserve the sofa message, you get one? it just seems unbelievable that 100 can last so long on the fb, either that, or not many want this one:D

From what I can tell, they're only allocating 100 books for applications via facebook, but they've advertised elsewhere too.
