Item arrived damaged

Item arrived damaged To cut a long story short:

I initially purchased some cold cathode lighting kits on ebuyer.com, one of the tubes arrived damaged. They supposedly sent a replacement, nothing arrived so I asked for a refund instead...

I tried my luck with a seller on ebay, I bought the same cold cathode lighting kit: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=019&item=290035331907&rd =1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT&rd=1

Guess what? One of the tubes arrived cracked as well!!!

I emailed the seller yesterday for a refund, it seems like he is ignoring me. I know he is active on ebay as he has left feedback for people today.

What should I do? Is it the seller's fault that he did not package it well enough? I did ask him beforehand to package it well, as I know it is a very fragile item, but it was just packaged in a padded jiffy bag.

Switch your avatar back to ya old one!!!!! :D:D:D;)

Anyway, did you pay by paypal or credit card? If paypal, open a dispute where you can communicate with the seller, if they don't respond you'll get a refund immediately.

If a credit card, phone the company (find number on https://www.saynoto0870.com if not already freephone) and explain you want a chargeback for the damaged product :)

    Good Luck
