Is there a card similar to the old Egg Money card?

I originally got an Egg Money card a couple or three years back to purely use for work expenses fuel/hotels etc.
I'd simply move all my expenses payments that I got from work into it - most months I'd end up in credit
Anyway, I stopped working away so much & never bothered with it for a while now I'm back to needing to manage a car/fuel/expenses account & could do with a card that lets you go into a positive balance only to find Egg don't do this any more
Is there anything out there that works like the Egg Money card used to?
