Nationwide replacement: best debit card just to use abroad

Nationwide are introducing charges for use of their flex account debit card from the 1st November. I only use the card abroad and don't wish to be charged the Earth to withdraw under the changes. There are lots of recommendations for the best credit card but which is the best debit card at this moment in time?
