regardless of what should be happening morally, if he's in as much trouble, going to the CSA will be fruitless (not exactly a shining example anyway, are they - I wouldn't be banking on them)
what did he contribute before you left? Was it his wages paying the bills or did you share responsibility? Because if he had money then, why hasn't he got it now he's on his own?0
