Whenever I tried to get Ferodo Premier, it was always service line that was delivered. "It's just as good"
    yeah!
    I don't think I've ever seen Premier.
So I stick to mintex now instead.

mmm. cant think why that would happen? unless your supplierwasnt a stockist. i worked in a motor factors for two years we allways had the normal ferodo pads and the premier's we also stocked ebc green and red stuff pads and brembo but they rarely left the shop due to their prices.

mintex are good but for performance cars tend to wear allot quicker than maindealer pads.

never forget the day a customer came in askin about pads and discs and calipers for his 2001 porche 911 we sourced them directly from brembo overseas after 4 different types we got were wrong size and wouldnt fit after calling porche direct who didnt stock the part? of that size disc and calliper , took 3 weeks to get to us cost us nearly £1500 to buy in, cost him £1800 after vat was added and carrier charges.. he wasnt a happy bunny.

    is a nice car though

  • Hi thanks for all the advice guys, ended up getting them done by ford - for simplicity really as needed new door trims as well as the independent and kwikfit wouldnt do them. Was easier just to make one trip, convience was worth the extra money in this instance..

Just wearing them in, how long does this normally take? They feel a little spongy today as had them done yesterday.

    thank you :D
