Additions direct nightmare!!!

Will try to keep this brief.
Bought shoes from additions direct at the beginning of August and sent them back with confirmation a few days later. Checked my bank statement at the beginning of the week and it had not been refunded. Rang customer services who said it would be in my account within 24 hours. Needless to say it was not. Rang back and customer services said someone would contact me witin 48 hours. Again this did not happen. Managed to speak with a manager today who informed me they had refunded the amount onto a Halifax card dispite me using a Nationwide account! They are now refusing to refund the money onto the card I used as they have refunded this Halifax card. Been in contact with Halifax who confirmed I have never had an account with this number. HELP. I know they are not supposed to refund onto a different card but they seem to have me running in circles here! Any help would be much appreciated.

Not much of a suggestion but quite often you get more of a response if you put things in writing.
I had a similar situation and was being passed from pillar to post, I wrote a stern letter of complaint and within a week I had a letter of apology and the problem sorted.

Good luck

I have almost identical experience with additions direct a few months ago, and have closed the account. The final refund showed up only 4 days ago! Terrible service!
I hope you get it sorted."I did then, what I knew then. And when I knew better, I did better"0 -
Was the card a credit card or debit card that you used? Either way contact the card issuer and explain the situation and see if they can do a chargebackWeight Loss - 102lb0

Put it writing - I have done this and they ALWAYS respond positively, sometime I just write on the statement when I send my payment off rather than just a normnal letter and it DOES work (well in my experience anyway)0
