Not as good in rain as the Windemere coats

Sadly, the green long ones, which were reduced to £24.99 are all sold out now and the other colours/style are £59.50 :(
My first reply was witty and intellectual but I lost it so you got this one instead :D

    These coats are fab!

I ordered a red one for me & a brown one for my mum. BUT my MiL came over this evening and decided she'd like one in red, Id already decided I preferred the brown so she took the red & I ordered another brown in my size lol.

Excellent value & very cosy - superfast delivery too, ordered on sunday evening & arrived this morning.

Both codes worked for me, just keep entering them alternatly until it accepts both (twice for me).

Can anyone who's received their's let me know how restrictive it is, please? Thinking of getting one for MIL for dog walking / going out to feed the horses etc but would the length be impractical? And can it be undone from the bottom?

It should be fine for this as has a press stud at bottom so can be undone, this is at the very bottom of the coat and the zip sits about 5/6 inches above this and the zip is one of those double ones so this can also give/unzip from the bottom to alloweven more movement. Hope this helps your decision, I have found my absolutely brilliant, keeping me snug and warm during this recent cold snap.
Just because your paranoid does not mean they are not out to get you ! :rotfl:
  • It does allow movement no problem, Mine is a red one, just getting in and out of the car in it I am very wary of it brushing on the car, I would make sure you go fro a brown one or the navy, the dogs wet tail would definitely bash it. It is a good length.

not at all restrictive. i wear mine for seeing the ponies and its great. two way zip helps when walking up our steep track to field too :)
i think the length is ideal, not too long to get in the way but perfect for keeping the chill away from jodhpur clad thighs!

i love mine, my new one arrived on saturday am, havnt taken it off since lol.

I would expect so - this coat has been discounted for the last two years - as are the fleece lined winter boots.
