They are quite generous in size and they are not waterproof or even water repellent, in fact it's very water absorbent

Re sizes - I bought a similar either last yr or previous.
I often take a 12 coat/jcket but normaly I'm a 14.
HOWEVER I have a 16 coat which is quite snug. They are quite nice thoguh but have found a better one.
