Hate to burst everybodies bubble, but there's no way that they'll honour that price as it was obviously a mistake. (Given that the price has went up)
I had ordered a few items from the toy clearance, and a few that were highly discounted got cancelled and were followed by the automated email saying that the price was a mistake on the website.

I phoned to complain and was told that under no circumstances do they honour price mistakes anymore, and I also chanced getting a voucher from them as way of compensation, and they said they no longer do that either as they stated that within their terms and conditions they are entitled to cancel orders even after they have been confirmed if the price has been a fault!!

Sorry everyone, but I'd start looking out for your refunds and cancellation emails.

I got all the toys at all the low prices. Sorted for many Birthdays and Xmas's to come. I had none cancelled due to the price and I don't think many did.

You must have been very unlucky.

How do you take a screen shot?

If you want to capture the whole screen press 'Prnt Scrn'. If you want to capture just the active window then press 'Alt - Prnt Scrn'. What you will have is an image captured to the clipboard. What you should then do is open Wordpad (Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Wordpad) and then paste the clipboard picture by pressing Ctrl-V. Then save the document as normal.

Alternatively for webpages if you are using Internet Explorer then go to File -> Save As... then select Save As Type 'Web Archive single archive (*.mht). This saves the webpage as a single file which you can then open in a web browser at a later date.

    HTH.

Most people who did the IPOD order only a few days ago got £20 vouchers

Fair enough - I'm only stating what was said to me when I complained.

I just doubt that they'll shell out vouchers for payments thay were only for £17.97.
    Dear Lord,
I pray for wisdom to understand my man, love to forgive him and patience for his moods, because Lord, if I pray for strength, I'll beat him to death. :rotfl:
  • I reckon it'll either be everyone or no one! And since that many of us have ordered, it's probably more likely to be no one. If we get a voucher then fantastic, but I can't see how they can afford to keep everyone happy.

Yes I'm a pesimist, lol. That way if anything happens it's a bonus, and if nothing happens then I'm not bothered.

Printed order confirmation at £17.97 but did anyone grab a screen shot? If so can you email it to me please? I will pm my email to anyone who pms me that they have one

It should still be listed at that price in your oprder history. I'm sure thats better than a screen shot of the original price.

hit the prtsc (print screen) button at the top right
open paint (most computers have it) hold Ctrl & V down at the same time and the picture of the screen will pop up ;) just save it and voila:D

Oooh, I can I do it, for some reason you don't have a thanks button - so THANKS.
