I collected my voucher today, A little old lady next to me was querying if 2 receipts from 1 week counted.

In our morrisons they had set up a long table with 4 SA's dealing with recepits and issuing vouchers.

So the assistant asked her for her recepits to double check which weeks she was missing.

She had missed week 2, but had 2 receipts for week 3. So that the little old lady could collect her voucher.

So the assistant opened the till, took out a spare week 2 receipt and swapped it for the extra week 3 receipt.

I commented how generous it was of them, and she said we have several spare receipts. Which they had collected from customers who had too many recepits or duplicates from the same wek.

TAKE NOTE TESCOS: THIS IS TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE. WELL DONE MORRISONS. Very generous of you and i know that little old lady was extremely leased. Although it did take her a few minutes to understand how she'd got her voucher when she didnt have enough receipts.

So if anyone is missing a recepit or has 2 for 1 week, you MAY still be able to get your voucher, if the store has any spare ones hanging around.

I find they have done this every time ive been there too - ive seen them taking spare receipts out of the bin and swapping them. Yes, i do agree their customer service is really good......well done morrisons...
