Does the period of accounts requested by HB- ie aPRIL TO sEPT COVER THAT PERIOD RESTROSPECTIVELly or would that count to the following 6 months?

We need to work out the appropriate assessment period. If you have annual accounts, we would use that for the following year, if you only had 6 months trading accounts, we would use that going forward as well.

It is up to each LA to set their own rules for evidence they require

Strange, I had annual accounts for previous year yet they never asked for those, merely April until Sept. Trying to work out if their assessment is correct but its so complicated Prewsume from what you are saying those accounts from April tioll Sept apply to HB from Oct 2010 then?

Thing is Im only going to be claiming another 3 weekds until OH moves in so trying to make sure everything in order
