Woolwich account fraud

Morning,
Happy friday 13th! I've just checked into internet banking and some scumbag has taken £273 ($500) out of my account yesterday.
Even worse, the Woolwich say they are going to send me a visa dispute form, cut off the card and they can't give me a timescale for getting the money back.
£273 is a lot of cash when it's not showing up on my account. Does anyone have any idea how long this process takes?:mad:

Straight off my Visa Electron like I had authorised it to them. Have had to cancel the card now0

Nothing to be too concerned about. They will give the retailer around 30 days (it used to be 30, dont know if its changed) to supply proof. Good job I'm not totally skint then. 30 days??! if that had happened to me in 2004 when i had money troubles I would have been starving for a month!0

Quick update - Still no looomin form and no sign of my cash back yet. Useless people. Have chased - they said "oh, we'll send you another non-existant form in the post"0
