If she's unable to work, she can. She needs a fit note from her GP.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked

Not too sure about that, sorry. Just to inform you if your daughter receives ESA, you can't receive tax credits and child benefit for her.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked

If you work 30 hours (assuming you have no other children you claim child benefit / tax credit for) then you can claim working tax credits - your income needs to be below £13,300 per year.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked

She cannot claim HB but ESA will pay for her keep. Have you cancelled the CB and CTC for her?0
