Help needed re: booking some flights.

Hi Guys, im after some advice....In may 2011 (bank holiday)....i have to book a flight for 15 people (a football tour)...im just wondering how to do this as cheap as possible.....we arnt to fussy about where we go as long as its hot and is a suitable destination for 15 lads...when shouuld i start looking? and where should i start looking?
