A little miffed that the 10% off I got on the final bill was simply to offset a chargeable guarantee that, on hindsight, I wouldnt have bought in the first place! Angry with myself now for not thinking it through and doing my homework first :mad:
None the less, will not use them again as I seemed to be a target to confuse to rather than customer to please.
