    firstly what car is it?

    where are you residing?

    You have two options here:-

Go to a dealer and get new keys - Extremely expensive, and usually it takes up to a week for new keys to arrive

Or google "Lost car keys" - first entries are all car auto lock smiths who will come out to your car and replace the keys. They are all over the country and you'll have new keys in your hand on the day they come to you

    I'd do the second option

Google auto lock smiths and select a company in your area

It'll be about £50-100 for a set of keys but it's way cheaper and quicker than a dealer

Or third option, if it is a SAAB, order keys and STILL be waiting 16 weeks later because they cant sort out their supplier!!!

Apparently they are changing their supplier. Was told one week at first, then ten weeks, now looking at 16 weeks. Have had words, but does not get me my key any earlier (or even cheaper, I thought they would have at least offered to wave payment).

I would have thought so too.

    Disgusting customer service

I'll make sure i avoid Saab in the future

He didn't think it was a Saab. He was making a general comment based on his own experiences.
