What is the difference between lego creator and lego city now yoou have posted the fire truck in the lego creator thinking of getting it but know son has asked for lego city, is it compatible and will he be able to play with his lego city with it?

Really sorry I don't know

I have 2 boys 8 and 10 and the fire truck is for the older one and the police truck the younger one.

I do think its all compatible.....I hope anyway lol

Thank you anyway:D my son is 10 and I bought him the xl board (ebay sell it for more than it is worth at £9.99 and amazon is £7.49 bargain) the lego creator house at £22 and the lego police truck

With the creator sets you can build more than one item, they're usually 3 in 1. All sets are compatible. My grandson prefers the creator sets as you've got a choice of what to build.

Bought the house, fire truck and police truck. Better go to work before i spend any more.

some of the original prices they quote on lego are way out on amazon so check you are getting a bargain. Star wars echo base is normally £22-25ish, but rrp says £41 - i got it on amazon few weeks back for £15.

the lego atlantis is cheaper in asda and sometimes TRU so it does make sense to know the prices first ad not get carried away with the amazon sale or for that matter the rubbish sainsburys sale, when I was in there the other day I could not believe how they had upped the prices for the lego city, def much cheaper elsewhere even if now they bring it down which on their site they have not and whsmith did the same they put all the lego city BOGO 1/2 price and it was so expensive the camper van for example was £20:eek:
