Sorry to drag up an old thread, but thought it might be better than stating a new one! I received my P800 for the financial year 2009/10 and it says that I have overpaid tax and am due a payment of £100. However, I already received a tax refund for that year in 2010, could anyone tell me whether it's likely that the P800 has been sent over a year late and that payment I received in 2010 is the one mentioned in the letter or is this an additional refund? Thanks for any help!
