Jual Domestics Bad experience

Bought an item from this firm ,paid in the shop after asking 2 assistants the price ,only to be delivered a lesser model ,went into the shop only to be confronted by a very rude and unproffesional manageress who refused to assist me in any way ,currently in dispute and am taking advice on the grounds of miss selling . very poor customer service .

That,s of interest to anyone else who has had a problem with them.
This company has a erm.. forthright.. approach to getting negative reviews removed,I fully expect they are trying to get threads bearing their name pulled now. Why do you ask?

Just wanted to know why anyone should be interested in them being PPRed... whatever that is?

I suppose I, and others, might possibly be interested if we knew what you were talking about.

Just read the other thread and posted on it to say that I think Lunarbelles account rings true imo. Some of the glowing reviews of Jual (both on that thread from new posters and on other review sites) do not however. No good reason for a company that size to be taking the money 4 weeks before they can deliver.

Trumpton, have you read the site called s5h.net yet? Put in Juals name and read the accompanying letters.Very enlightening.

I will not put a link as the person there was involved in a legal wrangle.

On Reviewcentre they seem to have a high rating, helped by not too many negative reviews, now you can see why this may be.They are said to have an aggressive web censoring programme, and that is shown on that thread.
I used to rely on Reviewcentre to a degree, but clearly proactive companies can get bad reviews removed,so its hardly much use,I now realise, although reviewcentre seem to have their hands tied. Why dont the companies just put their energies into giving good customer service?!
