Silent phone calls with number displayed

Hi, not sure if this is the right forum or not, but all day I have been getting silent phone calls from the number 0213537100. I did a search on google (Didn't phone it back, obviously!) and there are lots of "who is this?" messages, but no explanation. Does anybody here at MSE know what it's about?

I did a bit of digging and saw someone posting that they said they were called Lifestyle Market Research based in Algeria. hth0

Market Research?
Sounds like their dialler settings are wrong leading to dropped calls (no agents to connect to)0
