Emily (22) will die within a few months unless a donor can be found in time. 50% of those in her situation (waiting for a double lung transplant) die waiting because the UK has such a desperate shortage of registered organ donors.

There are 8000 other people like Emily in the UK right now, waiting and hoping for the chance to live. Any of us could find ourselves in this situation during our life...in fact you are more likely to NEED a transplant than ever be a donor.

Thanks to all the moneysavers who have watched the slideshow and passed it on. There have been 8,500 viewings of it in the last week from all over the world. It is so touching to read what people have left as comments. Thanks also to those who have been rating the slideshow on YouTube...it is now ranked 10th in the most rated videos in the "People" category! :j

But most of all thanks for helping us to save lives by keeping this slideshow out in the public eye. You will never know just how grateful transplant receipients and their families are for your support. :T
