Nowt like washing one's dirty laundry in public is there?
I'm sure it'll ensure you get all the help you rightly deserve."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Hi marc
My apologies for the delay in responding to you. I have investigated your account and I have replied to your email. There is no record of a tenancy agreement being received which is why it has resulted in a Prepayment meter being installed. If you are able to provide evidence of the tenancy agreement being received by us (as requested in my email), I will be able to make the necessary amendments on the account as soon as possible.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards
Colin @ ScottishPower“Official Company Representative

This is another thread I would hate to see disappear without suitable closure.
It all seemed so desperate a few days ago, but since the stunning revelations in the last post by the SP rep, a whole new side to the story has developed.
I see the OP hasn't even bothered to log in to MSE since the last post by Colin, despite the suggested urgency and frustration earlier in that week. I do hope there is more closure to this ... it's was getting more exciting than Hollyoaks

Nothing sinister in my lack of reply, honest gov'nr.

I've simply been away on business for a few days, that's all.
Anyway, thanks for your replies to my emails Colin. As discussed I will forward the relevant documents to you from home this evening - a copy of the tenancy agreement, the original emails which were sent with the agreement attached and also the fax transmission report showing the fax which I sent with the agreement.
I hope that we can then finally bring a resolution to this matter, and I can get this incorrectly fitted meter removed and also pay for my own correct electricity usage (which is all I want to do!).
Cheers,
Marc0
