They spam you to death and you never win anything. Avoid them at all costs. That is my personal opinion.

thanks wasnt sure I was just having a look round at competition sites as everyones wins have inspired me to enter a few.

I would also avoid them. I won a prize from seasons through them - it was a con. Steer clear!!!

I was a member for a while but then I started to think that all the comps sounded too good to be true and I was getting loads of spam. So I stopped going on it.

With regards to Spam.

Alot of Internet providers allow you to have more than one email address associated with your Internet account. I have used one of these spare addresses for competition entering only.

It doesn't stop the spam, but it stops it cluttering up your usual email inbox.
I don't check my competition email account that often and it usually only contains "Thanks for entering, good luck" messages.
